Return Policy

HiDDEN ACES will exchange or refund non-sale items received back to HiDDEN ACES within 14 days of purchase date. All goods must be unworn and in perfect condition and if possible, in the original packaging.

All customized goods (changes in size, pattern and colour) are not refundable. 

Please include your original invoice with the package.

We offer a full refund (excluding international shipping costs) on your order only if you return back to us with 14 days of your receipt. Returns after this date will only be accepted at our discretion.

PAYPAL The refund will be placed on your paypal account within 5 business days of receipt of your return.

KLARNA The refund will be placed on your bank account within 14 days of receipt of your return or you will receive a payback form via email.

BANK TRANSFER We will place a money transfer back to your bank account, please send us your bank information with your return.

You will receive an email confirmation of the refund when it is processed.



You may cancel your contract in text format (eg by facsimile, letter, e-mail) within two weeks without stating any reason, or - if the goods are delivered to you before the expiration of this deadline - return the goods. This period begins to run only with the receipt of this instruction or at the time when you were made aware of the instruction in text format, but not before the conclusion of the contract, the pursuance of our duties according to Sect. 312 e subsect. 1, sent. 1 of the German Civil Code in conjunction with Art. 248 Sect. 3 Introductory Act to the German Civil Code and also not before the day of receipt of the shipment of goods (in case of recurrent deliveries the day of the first delivery). To satisfy the deadline it is sufficient to send either the revocation or the goods in good time.

Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of HiDDEN ACES, or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage to returned goods.

HiDDEN ACES will not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
